Simon Kinson
After studying History & Politics at Kent and Warwick Universities, Simon joined ATA Selection now RTC Group Plc. in 1996. Initially working in Sales recruitment, he progressed into Executive retained Search & Selection. Subsequently moving into a managerial role, he ran the Birmingham office contract and permanent engineering recruitment teams.
Joining Hunter Selection Ltd in 2009, as a Director, Simon built and grew two successful start-up offices. Over a decade he ran a highly profitable region, within a private SME.
He founded Shirui Lily Ltd in October 2020.
Away from work, Simon has a keen interest in sport. Formerly National 20-mile road running champion, he follows athletics intently. A Wasps Rugby fan, he now spends most weekends supporting his son playing for Broadstreet RFC.
Tingkhonieng ‘Jenny’ Gangte Kinson
Originally from Imphal in Manipur, North East India. Jenny came to the UK in 2004. A qualified nurse she moved to Northampton for her adaptation before relocating to Coventry. Now a Sister at University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire (UHCW) she continues to lead her team through the stressful Covid 19 pandemic.
A proud mother of two, she dedicates her time to her family and profession, whilst supporting Shirui Lily’s growth.
